Welcome to Atlantis Fitness and Pilates. Today we will be doing a hour long intermediate cardio, strength, and stretch Pilates reformer class. You will need a jump board to do this class.
We will start out with around 10 minutes of cardio on the jump board, 40 minutes of strength and core work, 7-10 minutes of foot to strap stretching, and end with some breath work. Let’s get started!!!
