Pilates Ring Leg Countdown Workout
This workout is a little different than other pilates ring workouts we've done. It's only three exercises, lots of repetitions, and a little bit of cardio. We start with a standing warm-up (step touch, high knees, jumping jacks) and a quick preview of the three exercises we'll be doing: alternating back lunges, back extension with adduction, and legs up abduction. It's a countdown, so we'll do 10 of each, then nine, eight, seven, and so on, all the way to one, working on transitioning quickly between each set. Make it as challenging as you want by squeezing the ring harder. We finish with 50 strong jumping jacks and some stretching. Thanks for joining me!
