Welcome back to Conscious Conditioning 360 ✨ In this session, Ashley guides you through a powerful blend of Pilates, breathwork, and subconscious reconditioning to help you return to center, build strength, and cultivate inner stillness. This practice is designed to move both the body and the mind — creating brain-heart coherence, nervous system regulation, and embodied clarity. We begin with grounding breath and metanosis, activate energy through breath of fire, and flow into Pilates-inspired movement to strengthen, stabilize, and restore.
