Similar to Pelvic curl as Serap demonstrates on pelvic curl tutorial video , this exercise teaches articulation of the spine, but in a sitting position rather than supine position. Spinal articulation is tremendously important for spine health. This exercise also can improve seated posture enormously.
Variations : Serap is also demonstrating hip hinging and articulating spine to challenge Spine stretch forward.
