Plot 163b - Pond and Recognising Limitation

Updates - Since this was taken we have taken on a new allotment Plot163a. It had been a while since we were able to visit the plot. I was concerned about the pond and whether it had completely evaporated in the hot weather. Thankfully the lack of time of being able to visit meant the natural process of nature created overgrowth which protected the pond and stopped the water from evaporating. The fruit tree I mention is not a de nancy plum but actually a pear! We wear duped! Yes it’s over grown but this is part of recognizing the limits aware, not having enough time to manage the allotment whist running the Harmony Garden and other aspects of Wyld Edges. For personal reasons we have made changes to the business in order to make sure the Harmony Garden well being hub keeps going. This meant Applying Self Regulation and redesigning all aspects of our personal life and business. I actually really love how this looks but it is too much if we want a decent crop from everything, even in a food forest system. The new plot will become an extension of this one, perhaps with a few more annuals.
