PMR Speedrun [F4A][OC] This file will fractionate you as I make a few attempts at speedrunning a PMR, or Progressive Muscle Relaxation hypnotic induction. Depending on what event judges would classify as “PMR” rather than some other kind of induction. it’s possible not all of these attempts would count. The whole thing is a bit silly.
