Powered By DYNAMIXEL: ALOHA Robotic Teleoperations Platform
The ALOHA research platform is a low-cost system for fine manipulation tasks that performs end-to-end imitation learning directly from real demonstrations collected with a custom teleoperation interface. The research that produced this platform also developed a novel algorithm called Action Chunking with Transformers (ACT) a machine learning policy capable of performing difficult manipulation tasks with 80-90% success rates, with only 10 minutes worth of demonstration data.
