PrandtlLight Box Wing Maiden

I maidened my PrandtlLight this afternoon. Man, was it cold - 22F and 7mph wind. (Please repeat after me the winter flier's chant: Owa - Tajer - Kiam. If you don't get it right away keep chanting it out loud faster and faster). Anyway, I had my doubts about the power. The planes AUW is 845g with a 1300 3s battery, 2305 2300kva motor, 6x4 pusher and esc & rx. That battery, motor and prop gave me 625g thrust on the test stand and I almost went with a 2212 instead. Glad I didn't. This set up was more than enough. The first flight started with just taxiing on the snow, or so I thought - it jumped in the air. I had the same experience as Brian B (on FT forums) and was pushing the nose down the entire flight. Didn't plan to be in the air so didn't turn the camera on until I was stabile-ish. Second flight was 3/4 of my down trim and the third flight was full down and it was just right. All the landings were power off glides from about 20' high. It glides like a sailplane.
