Every day, may I willingly Form affinity with others near. May I practice love and kindness, Compassion, joy, and equanimity here. Oh great, immortal divinity Guide us till the day is done. May all be free from sorrow’s grasp, And from the causes that bring despair. May they find the sacred happiness, And live in equanimity, truly fair. Oh great, immortal divinity Guide us till the day is done. May all beings everywhere, Plagued with suffering, find relief. Let the frightened cease their terror, And the bound be free from grief. Oh great, immortal divinity Guide us till the day is done. No one may save us, so we see, Ourselves must walk the path of light.
