Previously Repaired Labrum with Multiplanar Grade 3 Complexity

This is a previously repaired labrum. The Grade 3 complexity was multiplanar and noted on the tissue. The labral tissue is unstable from the 3 o'clock to the 11 o'clock position as probed here.
