Process Variation Lecture

This lecture covers variation and the sources of variation in processes. This video is part of a fully online course on food quality management, FS 575, that is taught at the University of Idaho. If you are interested in taking the course, you can enroll as a non-degree-seeking student at the University of Idaho to take the course.
