Modular is meant to work off your own non-targeted workflows so you can get the best of both worlds. Use XCMS, Compound Discoverer, Agilent Explorer, MZMine, GNPS, or what ever your favorite open source or vendor tools are to process and even annotate your data. As long as you can generate a csv file with a single header which contains m/z and retention times, then you can use Modular. Modular will add all the features, including annotation, visualization, homologous series detection, formula prediction, etc. using your table and mzML converted files. Now you can visualize not only evidence from FluoroMatch/LipidMatch/PolyMatch but also from your favorite software in one place!
