Processing Non-Targeted Data: Tutorial 5 - Scoring System

This video covers the FluoroMatch/PolyMatch/LipidMatch/etc. scoring system. Scores are from A to E, with As having a less than 5% false positive rate, and Es, for example, being likely not PFAS. These scores can be used to filter data in the visualizer and determine the confident species to report from your data. Note you can still determine a species as highly confident if you use the Visualizer and compile multiple lines of evidence even if the software provided a less confident score, and vice versa.
