Staff also received important updates on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), SARC (Safe and Respectful Communities), SASH, and Block Module Information, and reinforcing Sydney Met’s commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all both delivered by the Head of Student Affairs. Finally, Finally, the ESOS and HEFS Training was delivered by the Chief Quality and Risk Officer, providing key insights into compliance, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks that support best practice across the organisation. The afternoon continued with interactive and fun team-building activities focused on customer service, professionalism, and workplace health and safety. 🥳 These activities encouraged teamwork, communication, collaboration, and service excellence across departments.
