Details of the program:
9 weeks long (3 blocks of 3 weeks each)
Split is 2 DE days (upper/lower), 2 ME days (upper/lower), 1 back/biceps day
The DE days are really more volume days than traditional Westside DE days
Week 8 is a bit of a taper week
My critiques:
-- Percentages in block 1 are too low for experienced lifters (Week 2 ME upper is okay)
-- ME lifts aren't always well chosen (especially in week 9, please don't do week 9 as prescribed)
-- ME days have a bit too much volume
Overall, as long as you don't actually max out in Week 9 (ascending doubles to 95% 1RM is a max, let's be real) I think it's a great program and definitely recommend giving it a shot.
