It’s recording from 1991 during the test of CR cable at the time called project cable. However, during my research I found out cable boxes that were made between 1992 in in 2000 have have test mode on it this was meant to test out audio works in video quality as of now I don’t own an actual system yet from that time zone, but I will eventually find it.
