As regulars have seen, I run an EC collet chuck, with various size collets. Some are damaged and others need cleaning but the big barrier is how to get the 6 springs out. @shedmade3264 showed how it was done manually in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPJghcdy8Yk, but I wanted something a little more controlled.
This is a prototype to prove the idea works - more work is required to finish it, but I'll show that in a future video. In the meantime, enjoy the process
