If you think the problem with your print jobs may be related to your print driver then here is a video that shows you how to confirm if you have the proper print driver. The wrong print driver can cause issues with your print jobs and may cause you to not be able to use all of the features that your machine offers; ie: duplex printing, stapling, or even choosing between color and black and white output.
