Psalm 2

Inspired by Psalm 2. This is a harsh Psalm about rebellion and God's response. I chose a very hard genre for this Psalm. This will not be a version of Psalm 2 for everyone. For those that would like the lyrics separate from the video they are below: Why do the nations rage in vain, And peoples plot with empty gain? The kings unite, their leaders scheme, Against the Lord, His rule they dream: “Let’s break His chains, throw off His ways, No more His law, no more His gaze.” Serve God with awe, rejoice in fear, With trembling hearts, draw near. Kiss the Son, walk not awry, Or wrath be stirred and you die.” But Heaven laughs, the Lord will speak, His wrath will make the proud hearts weak: “I’ve set My King on Zion’s hill, My chosen one to do My will.” I’ll tell the word God spoke to me, He said, “My Son, today You’re free; I’ve given You the earth to reign, All nations yours, their hearts to claim.
