The new Quick Section tool in Civil Site Design V26.2+ provides a fast, dynamic way to analyse project sections.
Users select a polyline to define the section cut, and the view updates immediately as the polyline is moved or edited, with all unique settings stored within that polyline.
Users can customize the display of surfaces & models in the viewer, which also integrates Civil 3D/CSD Alignments, Strings, Pipe Networks, Cogo Points & Survey Strings.
Finally, a static, one-off CAD snapshot of the section can be created using the Draw CAD Section button.
