Quick Side Slip, fast & fierce. Narrated by Brian from Soulful Fitness Roller Skate Training. Quickshifting the leading leg, with the other leg groovin' along, as fast and fierce as you can. Initiating the quickshift to the side happens with the front wheels out first. In doing so, all body weight is centered right above the heel of the leading leg. At the same time, the backwheels are driven into the floor to have maximum control in that short frame of swift moving. An extremely fun and high-energy move, to play around with!
