Is Storm-1811 back? It doesn't matter. This social engineering and live attack works great for lots of bad people, and it is on the rise again. I'll tell you about a recent incident I saw using SPAM, unsolicited Teams messages from the "Help Desk," and a QuickAssist session in which users give control to the attacker who is impersonating the Help Desk.
