The plaintiff says his witness used to date the defendant and that they were all friends at one time. He claims he never liked the way the defendant treated his witness. He is suing him today because one night when they were out drinking, the defendant jumped on his car and damaged the roof. The defendant says while he was dating the plaintiff’s witness, the plaintiff was attached to her hip. He claims his ex was a stripper and that the plaintiff acted like her bodyguard, and that the reason he broke up with her was because he knew he could never fall in love with a stripper.
