Reformer Workout ~ Beginner & Intermediate Everyday Flow
In this weeks workout, we will focus on a foundational full body flow that can be used as a beginner or intermediate level for everyday use. I will be using the Jumpboard towards the end of the workout as a low impact additional leg exercise to build stronger ankles, knees and hips.
