Suptavirasana is a great pose for releasing quad, hip, foot and ankle tension as well as minor digetive discomfort. With regular practice it can also help resolve lower back pain, but it must be done correctly. This video demonstrates 2 one legged versions which make the posture much more accessible than the classical version and provide a way in to learning and mastering the classical posture with more efficacy and less chance of injury.
