Step 1 - Decapping/depriming your brass.
Nothing simple, and don’t over complicate it! I use a Redding universal decapper as it features an extra small decapping pin which is suitable for the Lapua brass with small flash holes.

There are plenty of these kind of universal decapping dies available, with the cheapest being Lee. If you don’t need one for the uniquely small flag hole, you won’t go wrong with the Lee.
