Research Methodology

In this course, students will evaluate the process and fundamental approaches of scientific or interpretive research for selecting a research topic in the field of industrial-organizational psychology. They will examine the theory for formulating a research proposal from topic selection to methodology, completing practical exercises. Additionally, they will analyze the concepts and importance of approaches, designs, methods, and data collection processes employed in research.
