This is the opening shot to episode 19 of season 7 of Stargate SG-1, entitled 'Resurrection', directed by Amanda Tapping (who also plays Major Samantha Carter in the show).
I wanted to upload this shot because I really liked it. It starts out on a crane, which the steadicam operator then steps off, follows our actors around for a while (including passing through a doorway from daylight into a dark interior), then steps back onto a crane for the end of the shot. It works really well, and I really think it's worth sharing. I hope you enjoy it.
