RETORT STERILIZER

CONSTRUCTION: The Bottle sterilizer shall be horizontal pressure vessel with instant open able door. Inner shell shall be made up of 6 mm thick S.S 304 plates and rear dished end shall be made of 8 mm thick S.S 304 plate and outer shell shall be made up of 2 mm thick SS 304sheet. The front door shall be made up of 16 mm thick S.S 304 plate. The inner shell will be supported by 3"X6” Sch 40 Sq Tube The shell houses, bottles crates and cages for crates shall be made of suitable size S.S angles and plates. The unit shall be fitted with suitable water spray pump, motor capacity: 2 HP, One No to create high presser . The sound level of water limit such pump shall be Fitted with suitable stainless steel piping’s and pipes to enable efficient drying with the use of the water pump. DOOR: The front door shall be fitted with rigid hinges and locked by 8 nos. of locking rods and central locking arrangements. • ACCESSORIES: Steam inlet with controller, temperature sensors, steam condensate removal unit, air relief valves, pressure Indicator ,with following features: Electrically operated water still capable low water cut off deviceSafety valve auto drain valve at the bottom of the sterilizer.
