The RG300 Series are medium sized grinding machines which can grind rubber, silicon or polyurethane rolls up to 300mm (11.8 inches) in diameter and in length to customer specification. The RG300 is an advanced grinding machine supplied complete with a full range of industry standard roll profiles. The RG300 comes with a high speed grinding spindle suitable for use with tungsten carbide grinding wheels of 350mm (13.78 inch) in diameter. The moveable control pendant, tailstock traverse and quill movement, make the loading and unloading of components quick and easy. The RG300 features a fully enclosed and interlocked guarding system and is available with optional automatic balancing system and barcode readers.
