RonnyFresh Enough Is Enough

One of the hardest things to do is to tell yourself, "Enough is enough," and take the steps to make that statement true. Anyone can tell you that, but it takes strength and resolve to tell yourself and get away from the demons holding you back. I lost a lot in addiction. Some friends and family turned their backs on me, and I can't blame them for not sinking with me. I am so thankful that I am years away from drugs and now 12 months and two and a half weeks sober from the grips of alcohol. Climbing out has been a struggle, but I'm glad I have my wife and a few true friends and family that have been there for me and helped me along the path to sobriety. If you're ready to say, "Enough is enough," you don't have to do it alone. There are programs and support groups with others who have done it and understand what you're going through.
