This is a typical car front frame with M10 and M12 weld nuts.
An RT Thread Unit is often used to chase the weld nuts.
The objective is to remove weld spatter or excessive paint or coating.
Undersize taps are used to clean-out the threads...
...and tool changing can be done in seconds.
