Rush 132 Drill Grinder - Semi-Automatic Operation
In this video, Bill Freese goes over the basic operation controls and maintenance of the Semi-Automatic version of the Model 132 Drill Grinder. On the base of the machine, there is an air filter that can be checked occasionally for emptying, a pressure regulator that should be set to about 80psi, and a lubricator set to deliver two drops per minute under normal operation. The lubricator contains about a 10 hour supply of oil and we recommend using a 10-weight oil. The speed control valve can also be found in this area, which can be adjusted for different machine operations. The lever on the base of the machine has settings for forward, neutral, and reverse for grinding. Normal operating speeds should be about 35rpm for grinding with a cam and about 50rpm for no-cam spin-grinding. ====================== Rush Machinery (800) 929-3070 +1 (585) 554-3070 www.RushMachinery.com ====================== Rush Machinery specializes in manufacturing, servicing, and marketing a line of production and support machinery for the cutting tool industry since 1983.
