Our feet are one of the most neglected parts of our body. We think of strengthening most other muscles, but ignore the intrinsic muscle of our feet. Well not here! Having stronger feet allow you to move better and decrease your risk of bunions, hammer toes, etc. And, if you think that you have never been able to move your toes, well it's not too late. I used to not be able to as well and, with consistency of simple exercises, I now can. Which means that you can learn too =) In this video, we'll be focusing on the following movements: 1) Arch lift 2) Toe separators 3) Toe lifts Excited to assist you on your wellness journey!
