Sebastien Micro, Mini, Mini pro

Sebastien Lagree teaches a 40 minutes full body workout on the Micro, Mini, and Mini Pro to demonstrated the similarities and differences. Microformer The Micro is a light weight and compact full body workout equipment that allows you to stay fit anywhere. It's portable, easy to move, easy to store, and easy to use. The main unit ships fully assembled. Miniformer The mini is a bigger version of the Micro with more features than the Micro; however, it is not as portable as the Micro. The Mini can be elevated using the lift kit. Mini Pro The Mini Pro is a bigger version of the Mini and is very similar in size to its big brother, the Megaformer which is a full size workout equipment. The Megaformer workout was named #1 workout in the US on ClassPass. All 3 machines were created to do the Lagree Fitness workout either at home or at a studio. All 3 machines are incredibly versatile and can be used for a variety of purpose: stretch, strength train, workout the core, do compound exercises, calisthenics, balance, etc... All 3 machines use a sliding carriage, cables, and spring to target any muscles. In this video, all 3 participants completed the same workout using the same exercises; however, you can see how the Mini and the Mini Pro's new features offer more options for each move. Tamy is 5'9" and is using the Mini Pro (far Left) Swan is 5'5" and is using the Mini (middle) Joyce is 5'2" and is using the Micro (far Right) The person's height only matters if you intend to lay or sit on the carriage (sliding platform). People 6'4" and above can use the Micro but they won't be able to sit or lay on the back. All 3 machines are a perfect all in one home gym and they will let you recreate any exercise that you do at the gym or create some of your own.
