seqr: Loading data from AnVIL
Description:
Seqr is available for use on the NHGRI's Genomic Data Science Analysis, Visualization, and Informatics Lab-Space (AnVIL). AnVIL is powered by Terra, an analysis platform that allows researchers to access data, run analysis tools, and collaborate. This tutorial will show users how to request that a joint called vcf stored in Terra be loaded into seqr.
