This technique is better suited for a front grab.
As opponent attacks, right foot steps back into a left half moon stance and execute a double trap to the right side of the body. Rotate the opponents arm clockwise into a right wrist lock. Right front ball kick to the chest and step forward. Pivot body clockwise 180 degrees at the same time controlling your opponents wrist with your left. Execute a right shuto to your opponent just above the elbow. Left thrust punch to the ribs, shuffle step with forearm strikes to the neck and body.
This technique varies from school to school, you might do it slightly different.
