The plaintiff says when he first started dating the defendant, he had no idea she had an anger problem. Despite her violent behavior, he admits he’s still in love with the defendant, but he’s suing her today for car damages. The defendant admits she assaulted the plaintiff, but she claims he provoked her. She says she should have known how irresponsible he was because he has six kids by three different women, and he even brought one of those women to her mother’s birthday party. She is also countersuing for car damages.
