How well can you perform under less than ideal conditions? That's what I wanted to do with this video. At the time that I recorded this video (Sept 2024), training was inconsistent throughout 2024, so fitness (personally) wasn't where I'd usually like it to be.
I also skipped the warm up. I normally spend at least 10-15 minutes warming up, starting with a general warm up, then finishing with a test specific warm up. A proper warm gets me in the zone, both mentally and physically.
