It's so fun to mix things up and challenge yourself from time to time and see the progression in your strength and balance. Any kind of plank is phenomenal in our work to become stronger. Working the whole body to find that warrior within us. A flow to leave you feeling strong and ready for the day! Health and happiness to you all...always! Exercise is some of the best medicine around. When done in the proper dosage, you will see and feel changes in your body, mind and emotional state. You don't need to run 6 miles every day to find your way to fitness. Keep moving, stretch, do some resistance exercises and eat right. Your body and mind will thank you!
