Today we’re making Beef Tomato a super simple and easy dish that hits the spot for easy weeknight food. Here’s how we made it.
Ingredients:
2.5 lbs chopped chuck beef
1 medium onion
2 green bell peppers
2 large tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c shoyu
1/4 c oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
On Med-high heat cook beef in a large pot or wok, when browned add in onion and garlic till half way cooked, you can also add in salt and pepper. At that point you can add in the bell peppers. Cook bell Peppers until they are half way cooked and then add shoyu and oyster sauce. When meat is tender and bell peppers is cooked add in tomatoes. When tomatoes just start to break down from cooking you can turn the heat off and serve! How simple was that right!?!? Enjoy!!!!
