The video demonstrates a simple capacitance meter comprosing a reference capacitance and two probes. A voltage divider is formed by series connecting the reference capacitor and the unknown capacitance. The value of the unknown capacitance is numetrically equal to the product of the reference capacitance and the voltage ratio.
