SimpleKey Web Introduction and Contents.

SimpleKey Web is the user interface for SimpleKey hardware controlling and monitoring access into residential housing blocks using 4G and broadband communications. Our SimpleKey Web system is a unique and innovative access control solution for all multi user residences. It is now used by over 225 End Users and controls communal doors in approximately 18,000 housing blocks across the UK. 01. LOGGING IN & ACCOUNT PAGE OVERVIEW In this section we will provide an overview of the Account Page, which is available after you have logged in - which will be demonstrated first 02. ACTIVATING A RESIDENTS FOB As the title suggests, in this section we will demonstrate the process required to activate a fob belonging to a resident. 03. MARKING A FOB AS LOST OR STOLEN Now we have seen how to activate a residents fob, we will show you how to make a fob as LOST or STOLEN should the need arise. 04. DISABLE VS DEACTIVATE There are two methods of stopping a fob from working, DISABLING it, and DEACTIVATING it. We'll show both methods and detail the differences. 05. DEACTIVATING & UNASSIGNING A FOB When a Staff or contractor fob is returned, you may wish to deactivate it. In this section, we'll show you how to achieve this 06. USER GROUP OVERVIEW In this section we will provide an overview of the way in which SimpleKey Web collates Users into GROUPS, and how they can be managed. 07. SETTING UP A NEW USER GROUP & USER As the title suggests, in this section we will demonstrate the process required to create a new USER GROUP, and also to create a new USER within a group. 08. ASSIGN A FOB TO PERSON, & ACTIVATE TO GROUP Now we have seen how to create users and groups, let's assign a fob to a person, and activate it within a group. 09. CHECKING EVENT LOGS In this short section, we'll demonstrate how to view the Event Logs in order to track activity or movements etc.. 10. RUNNING EVENT REPORTS FOR SPECIFIC DATES xpanding on the previous section, we'll look at running a date specific report covering a particular data fields). 11. REMOTE DOOR OPENING During the day to day usage of managing your SKW system, you may need to remotely initiate a door release. This section will show how this is done. 12. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We'll use this final section to give an overview of various additional features of the SimpleKey Web system, ranging from the Universal Search Bar to different methods of navigating the menus, and CAME Entrotec APEX integration.
