Single arm cable curls
• set cable system to the lowest setting & attach a handle. Grab the handle with one hand & stand up straight. Position your arm slightly in front of your body, once you feel tension in the bicep keep your arm in that place & raise the handle up to your shoulder. Hold in this position for a moment, then return your arm to the starting position. Once desired number of reps are complete, proceed to your other arm & replicate the exercise.
