Slappy was created by a witch who found a way to give life to a doll without putting a soul into it, creating his own soul in addition to the fact that he created him with his brother Mr. Wally Wood. Slappy was created with Mr. Wood. to talk to themselves and make the witcher look like a successful ventriloquist but once Slappy came to life he killed the witcher so his soul entered Mr. Wood's and once he passed he created the card that slept and woke up Slappy.
