Smallrig 2924 Bluetooth Remote Control pairing problem with Sony ZV-E1 camera

I’m having trouble pairing My Smallrig 2924 Bluetooth Remote Control with My new Sony ZV-E1 camera. I made this video to demonstrate the issue for smallrigs technical support people but thought I would upload it publicly for anyone else to see who may be interested or perhaps you are having the same problem. As I show at the end of the video the pairing works fine with My Sony A6400 camera, just not the ZV-E1.
