This means that learners can both build and solder their own functioning robotic component, as well as actually program the component using a micro:bit and MakeCode! The Smart Soldering Kit comes with all of the components that are to be soldered onto the board which consists of buttons, resistors, lights, and a battery holder. Materials and tools to actually solder the board are not included. A Forward Education Breakout Board, cable connector, and V2 micro:bit (available separately) are required to actually complete any coding projects with the component.
