Today’s practice focused on yin grounding poses combined with breath and sound work to help regulate the nervous system and create a deeper sense of stability within the body. Through long-held postures, intentional breathing, and the use of sound and vibration, we explored what it feels like to slow down, soften, and reconnect to a sense of safety and security from within.
Grounding is more than being still. It is allowing the body to settle enough to feel supported, present, and at peace in the moment.
