Some People Should NOT Do Fasting 😱
Despite what the internet would have you believe, fasting is NOT for everybody. Actually, I have seen fasting make a lot of my patients (diagnosed with IBS, SIBO, leaky gut, dysbiosis, or candida) much, much worse. Fasting and intermittent fasting (aka "IF") may be all the rage right now, but that doesn't mean that it will be right for YOU as an individual.
