A time traveler stuck in medieval times is to be burned at the stake.
Knowing his space suit can keep him safe from the flames, he cranks the "aircon" up in the suit, causing it to puff out and inflate.
However, a rope pushes one of the buttons on his suit and the suit returns to normal and deflates.
